The doctor or counsellor can help you explore your beliefs and behaviours about weight and how you feel about yourself. This can help you guide in finding better ways of managing your feelings and having a healthier and more positive approach to yourself, food and weight. Try giving a new focus of a new hobby. Recovery time are different for different people and sometimes old feelings and behaviours may come back.
